  • Class attendance - 56 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
In this course, students will learn to formalize simple tasks, convert them into program workable form (Algorithms) and retype it into the language of MATLAB programming system including basic usage of graphical system. Emphasis will be placed on analytical analysis of the problem and its subsequent implementation, orientation in the extensive documentation of software system, debugging of proper functions and individual work in Matlab (students will demonstrate solutions of their semester work). The acquired knowledge can be applied both in related subjects and in a wide range of subjects taught at the FT TUL (processing of laboratory exercises, semester and final projects and tasks), but also in actual practice.
Theoretical and practical knowledge dealing with content of lectures and excercises.
Prerequisites
-

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined examination, Practical demonstration of acquired skills

Graduation exercises, demonstrated knowledge in writing by using Matlab code, successful defence of achieved results.
