Lectures: 1. - 2. Concept of the course, formulation of credit requirements and assignment of the term paper. Introduction to the 3D environment 3D modelling. 3. - 5. 5. - 3D object modelling techniques. 6. - 7. Application of 3D printing today Exercises: 1. - 8. Basic functions and tools of a 3D modeling program. 9 - 16. Individual work on modelling. 17. Principles of 3D printing + demonstration of 3D printers (excursion) 18 - 21. Creating objects in 3D printing.

Learning outcomes
|
The course deals with the extension of knowledge in the field of 3D modelling and 3D printing. It is based on an introduction to the AutoCAD environment, basic 3D modeling concepts and 3D modeling techniques. The result of the semester work is the design and realization of a 3D product.
