Course content
Lectures: 1. Definition of managerial job. 2. Organization structure. 3. Management targets. 4. Strategic planning. 5. Managerial decisions. 6. Dimensions of organization and its creation. 7. Human sources. 8. Communication. 9. Motivation. 10. Coaching, team-building. Chaosmanagement. 11. Basic control items. Behavioral aspecst of control. 12. Informational systems for management (MIS). 13. Management and control of production. 14. Adaptive organization and manager, changes.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Written assignment presentation and defence

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with managerial activities and their practical reflection in companies, to provide students with necessary skills and knowledge to analyze processes in companies and discuss all team-work relevant issues; and also to acquaint students with techniques and procedures used by managers in modern companies.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.

Written exam

Credit: elaboration of semestral project and its successful presentation, both will be evaluated by points. Written test, evaluated by points. Essential requirement: - present study min. 60 points from 100 possible.
