Learning outcomes
|
The aim of the course Legal Theory and Practice 1 is to acquaint students with the basics of administrative and family law, including social and legal protection and allow them to understand how it work the above mentioned legal sectors in Czech rule of law, together with the context of the social work and the social policy.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme. Students will gain competence to apply knowledge from this course in practice.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam, Oral presentation of self-study
Exam: written. Test from subject content with a success rate of at least 60 %. Attendance at lectures is obligatory.
