Learning outcomes
|
Students will learn the main concepts of criminal law, they will be introduced into the basics of criminal proceedings, criminal offenses, punishments etc. They will be introduced how it works the above mentioned legal sector in Czech rule of law together with the context of social work and social policy, including possibility to allow them the discussion and practical solutions to the specific cases within the practical exercises.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme. Students will gain competence to apply knowledge from this course in practice.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam, Oral presentation of self-study
Exam: written. Test from subject content with a success rate of at least 60%.
