Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Demonstration, Project teaching, Laboratory work
  • Preparation for laboratory testing; outcome analysis - 28 hours per semester
  • Presentation preparation (report) - 10 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 15 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 36 hours per semester
  • Class attendance - 56 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
This subject is connected with subject Basic Principles of Textile Structure. During lectures students gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the analyses of the textile structures using functions of image analysis. Models verification by experimental approches, determination of material and technological parameters.
Student gains a summary of measurement of basic parameters of fibrous assemblies using image analysis.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge from subject: Textile technology I and Basic Principles of Textile Structure.
KTT/STR
