Course content
current principles of health oriented physical training principles of proper warming-up problematic endurance of organism, unilateral endurance and muscle imbalance psychomotorics

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Motoric and practical working skills training
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 30 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The aim of the subject is to make students acquainted with current principles of health oriented physical training at the first grade of primary school and to acquire basic knowledge from this sphere. Students will familiarize themselves with principles of proper warming-up, with the problematic unilateral endurance and muscle imbalance.
Students acquire professional skills for the teaching of special physical activities.
Prerequisites
Elementary movement skills - adequate to the students age class.

Written exam, Systematické pozorování studenta, Presentation of acquired experience via portfolio

Credit: participation on lessons, seminary working, attempted to teaching
