Course content
methodology of basic and refining courses of swimming physiological and biomechanical aspects of swimming training methods

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Motoric and practical working skills training, Demonstration of student skills
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Fieldtrips - 2 hours per semester
  • Preparation for exam - 40 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 20 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The course is focused on methodology of basic and refining courses, physiological and biomechanical aspects of swimming, training methods.
Student will be able to lead the education in swimming according the methodical order.
Prerequisites
Entry requirement: meeting the limit - 200m crawl (men 3:50, women 4:20) + mastering the rescue of a drowning swimmer knowledge of swimming rules.

Combined examination, Practical demonstration of acquired skills, Written assignment

Credit: Keeping on training, seminary working (preparing on lessons) Exam: combined (written and oral)
