Learning outcomes
|
The lessons introduce to the students problems of the studies of body culture they get acquainted with content span of body culture, they learn to understand motion recreation as the means of body culture and as the means of effective spending of free time which positively influence life style.
Students are able to understand the physical recreation as a means of physical culture and a means of effective use of leisure time which positively influence life style.

Interest in the issue and an active approach.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Written exam
Active participation in classes, min. 80%. Elaboration, submission and presentation of the assigned project by the given date. The project must meet the specified criteria. Exam: achievement of the prescribed number of points in the written test processed on the given date. In case of crisis situations, the test can be conducted online.
