Course content
Lecture Topics: 1. Introduction to Management - basic concepts and definitions, the role of management in an organization. 2. The Manager's Personality - key qualities and skills of a successful manager. 3. Managerial Skills and Personal Potential - how to develop and apply personal potential in managerial practice. 4. The Informational Role of the Manager - the importance of information for decision-making and strategy. 5. Effective Communication - basic communication techniques and their application in management. 6. Providing Feedback - how to give and receive feedback effectively. 7. Presenting - the art of effective presentation and the manager's personal presentation. 8. Leading Meetings - techniques and tips for effective organization and management of meetings. 9. Organization of Managerial Work - key concepts of task management and planning. 10. Time Management - practical tools and techniques for effective time management. 11. Key Competencies of a Manager - how to develop and apply key competencies in practice. 12. The Synergistic Effect in Management - using synergy to increase team productivity. 13. Critical Thinking and Decision-Making - how to develop critical thinking for better decision-making processes. 14. Practical Teaching Methods in Management - overview and application of various teaching methods such as case studies, role-playing, and discussion.

Learning outcomes
The teaching is divided into four interconnected blocks with emphasis on synergy effect and practical usability of information: concept of management and managerial position in an organization (classic and project management, organization culture), manager's personality (managerial skills and personal potential of a manager), organization of manager's work (basic management concept, time planning, time management techniques), interpersonal role of a manager (styles of leadership, teamwork, communication and communication techniques, conflict solution).
Pass out of the subject Management will help the students comprehend structure of crucial competence, whose adoption is presumption for efficient manager work.
Prerequisites
Student Prerequisites: Interest in management and organizational functioning. Basic understanding of economic and social contexts. Ability to actively participate in discussions and teamwork. Willingness to develop communication and presentation skills. Openness to acquiring new methods and tools of managerial practice. Capacity for independent work with an emphasis on critical thinking and seeking synergistic effects.

Assessment methods and criteria
Oral exam, Didactic test, Presentation of group work

successfuly elaborate credit test hand over application work, which students work out in teams subsequently: - number of the application works will depend on number of taams - themes of the application works will order instructress pursuant to tuition with the students - each team will elaborate one theme, which will be tossed - outputs of application works will be presented by each team to others by public presentation
