Course content
1. Introduction; learning to use the software; laying out and setting the environment; basic concepts; drawing commands; zooming; work with files. Data export and import. Link between data in various software. 2. Drawing and modelling tools; setting and using them; setting units; inputting accurate data. Drawing simple geometric objects; editing commands; the options of selecting a set of entities. 3. More advanced drawing commands; parametric elements and objects. 4. More advanced editing commands; the options of editing and correcting geometric objects; editing the properties of entities. 5. Animation of elements and parameters; trajectory; links and hierarchy of movements. 6. Creating and working with materials I; mapping; using the basic templates of materials; the options of animating parameters. 7. Creating and working with materials II; creating one's own materials; using more complicated templates of materials; the options of animating parameters. 8. Creating and working with lights, shades; the options of animating parameters; the options of projection. 9. Setting cameras; animating movement; the options of animating parameters; configuring a calculation. 10. Special modification of elements I; settings; combining effects; the options of animating parameters. 11. Special modification of elements II; settings; combining effects; the options of animating parameters. 12. Special effects of the environment I; settings; combining effects; the options of animating parameters. 13. Special effects and filters of the environment II; settings; combining effects; the options of animating parameters. 14. Creating animation files; setting the environment; setting scenes. The configuration of outputs and sequence calculation.

Individual creative and artistic activities

Learning outcomes
Use of computer technology and software in the work of an architect and a designer, expanding knowledge, work with rendering software. Coordination of work with computer documentation. Rendering of models and objects, working with textures, materials, lights, setting the environment. Creating one's own materials and textures. Basics of object, environments, lights and cameras animation, including animation parameters of the individual elements and the use of special filters, effects and outcomes. Setting outputs, creating print, raster and film documents.

Presentation of artistic and creative activities

To receive credit: the student must actively participate in exercises; the student can be absent for a maximum of 2 times; a test with creating a model of a building and modelling volume elements; application of materials and lights; editing the environment and special effects; animation and sequence calculation.
