Course content
1. Indoor division structures - partition walls: requirements and design 2. Indoor division structures: dry construction; cabinet walls 3. Suspended ceilings 4. Floors: requirements, materials and structures 5. Floors II 6. Strengthened outdoor areas 7. Tinsmith's structures 8. Locksmith's structures (railing, hardware, etc.) 9. Surface finishes: plasters, facework, floor tiling, paint, varnishes, wallpapers. 10. The principles of designing fire safety of buildings. 11. Health safety of buildings; the determinants of microclimate 12. Protection of buildings from radon. 13. Dry construction: technology and practical experience with this type of construction. 14. Anchorage technology. Exercises: The contents of the exercises are based on the lectures.

Learning outcomes
Fourth part of civil engineering lectures. It is focused for completing building structures and materials for it. The specific technologies and typical professions are discussed. The fire prevention of buildings. Healthy materials, sick building syndrome. Safety precautions against radon.
The fourth of four-semestral course of building structures. The student will be able to design oneself the completing building structures. He will be oriented in drywall technology.

Oral exam, Practical demonstration of acquired skills

Initial required knowledge: US, UM, ST1, ST2, ST3, SF1 Requirements for the credit: A form with records by the instructors on consultations provided Requirements for the examination: Attendance at a minimum of ten lectures (a condition the student must meet in order to be admitted to an examination) Knowledge of the curriculum covered in the lectures is required for the examination
