The aim of teaching Technical Equipment of Buildings 1 is to provide basic overview and skills in designing sanitary technology systems (water supply, drainage and gas supply) in the building for the purposes of the architect. I. e. to have an overview and idea of the dimensions of individual distributions, the possibilities and ways of their management and coordination within the building. To clarify the connection of the building to the management of external technical infrastructure, or use local energy sources. Seminars follow and correspond to lectures. The subject matter is first explained in lectures and then practically practically verified on the project of a smaller family home. Overview of lectures: 1. Introduction, acquaintance with the issue of ST - concept of the subject, method of evaluation 2. Internal water supply - water management, water quality, water price, water industry, facilities on water supply network, methods of water collection, water supply connection, internal plumbing - horizontal, rising and connection distributions, internal water supply fittings, material, compensators, line insulation 3. Internal water supply - HW heating (local - central, flow - storage), circulating water distribution, fire water supply (including stable fire extinguishing equipment), water supply in high-rise buildings 4. Internal sewerage - wastewater, fixtures, internal sewage - connection, waste, ventilation and drainage pipes, drainage of underground floors (return fittings, pumping), sewer connection 5. Internal sewerage - internal rain sewerage, wastewater treatment and disposal, facilities on sewerage network (inspection shafts, downspouts, accumulation, retention tanks, infiltration elements), reuse of wastewater and rainwater (grey water, white water), sewerage in high-rise buildings 6. Heating gases (natural gas, propane-butane, LPG, CNG - properties, use), external gas pipeline, gas pipeline connections (STL, NTL) 7. Internal gas pipeline - horizontal, riser and connection pipes, main gas shut-off valve, gas pressure regulators, gas appliances (categories A, B, C), chimneys - types, designations, terminology Seminars overview: 1. Coordination situations - principles of drawing the building, individual existing networks and newly designed networks (including objects on them). Their mutual coordination, spacing distances, protective, possibly safety zones 2. Internal water supply - practical solutions of distribution of water supply in the house 3. Internal water supply - practical solutions of distribution of water supply in the house, balance calculations 4. Internal sewerage - practical solution for the distribution of internal sewage in the family house, assessment 5. Internal sewerage - practical solution of family house drainage, assessment, design of rainwater management 6 Internal gas pipeline - a practical solution for the distribution of a domestic gas pipeline in a family house, design of a preliminary profile of a gas pipeline connection 7. Consultations, completion
The first of three-semestral course of technical systems in buildings. The student will be able to orientate oneself in sanitary installations.
