Course content
Training is divided into four interconnected blocks with emphasis on synergetic effect and practical usability of informations: - theory of management and position of manager in organization (classical and project management, culture of organization) - personality of manager (manager skills a personal potential of manager) - manager's work organization (basic concept of management, time scheduling, techniques of time organization) - interpersonal role of manager (techniques of leading people, team/work, communication and communication techniques, solving conflicts)

  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Semestral paper - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The teaching is divided into four interconnected blocks with emphasis on synergy effect and practical usability of information: concept of management and managerial position in an organization (classic and project management, organization culture), manager's personality (managerial skills and personal potential of a manager), organization of manager's work (basic management concept, time planning, time management techniques), interpersonal role of a manager (styles of leadership, teamwork, communication and communication techniques, conflict solution).
Pass out of the subject Management will help the students comprehend structure of crucial competence, whose adoption is presumption for efficient manager work.

Oral exam, Didactic test, Presentation of group work

successfuly elaborate credit test hand over application work, which students work out in teams subsequently: - number of the application works will depend on number of taams - themes of the application works will order instructress pursuant to tuition with the students - each team will elaborate one theme, which will be tossed - outputs of application works will be presented by each team to others by public presentation
