Course content
The subject is a free, mandatorily optional continuation of the Studio of Visual Arts with a focus on new technologies.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Observation, Demonstration, Project teaching, Laboratory work
  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 10 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
The student's work in the studio places high demands on students who are able to solve creative problems lying between art and social attitude, cultural responsibility and technological development. They must be able to see the project in specific environmental, cultural and social context and to be able to work with detail in a large spatial scale. The semester work ends with a final exam. Studio work does not involve only one's own artistic creation, but also a discussion of theoretical and technical problems conducted between students and teachers. Discussion in the studio is a continuous discourse on topics of artistic practice and the reflection of contemporary society. This permanent discussion helps to make students independent creative personalities with their own, not only artistic thinking.
