Course content
Lectures: 1) Introduction, principles of computed tomography and strategy of computed tomography examination 2) Brain, CT anatomy, developmental disorders, traumas, tumors 3) Heart and vessels, aorta, arteries of the neck, veins of the large circulation - CT anatomy, birth defects, thrombosis 4) Lungs and thoracic wall - CT anatomy, developmental disorders, traumas 5) Spine and spinal canal - CT anatomy, disorders of vertebral development, trauma classification, tumors, abdominal cavity - CT anatomy, developmental disorders and traumas 6) Magnetic resonance imaging, principles and strategies in examination, examples of use, use of magnetic resonance imaging in physiology - 3D imaging 7) Principles of creating 3D tissue models from CT and MR data Exercises: 1) Segmentation of CT / MR data 2) Creation of 3D models using laser (optical) scanners 3) Editing 3D data 4) Segmentation of CT / MR data 5) Creation of 3D models using laser (optical) scanners 6) Editing 3D data 7) Editing 3D data

Learning activities and teaching methods
Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments), Demonstration, Demonstration of student skills
