Course content
Lectures: 1) Introduction to transfusion and blood derivatives 2) Introduction to parenteral nutrition 3) Introduction to surgical problems 4) Introduction to endoscopic examination and puncture 5) Introduction to osteology 6) Thanatological Nursing Care Exercises: 1) Nursing process when applying blood transfusion products and blood derivatives. 2) Nursing process in the application of parenteral nutrition. 3) Nursing process in P / K with surgical disease. Preoperative and postoperative care, wound care, surgeons, surgical instrumentarium, small surgical procedures. 4) Nursing process at P / K with drain. 5) Nursing process at P / K with puncture examination. 6) Nursing process in P / K with endoscopic examination. 7) Nursing process at P / K with stoma. 6) Thanatological Nursing Care.

Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Motoric and practical working skills training
Learning outcomes
The course is one of the basic professional skills. Teaching is theoretical and practical, it enables to acquire basic manual skills and certainty for quality and safe performance of professional procedures and procedures in patients. A well-executed procedure respects the individual needs of patients, especially their need for comfort, respect, security and safety. The student will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for safe practice in satisfying the individual needs of the patient, acquire manual skills in performing individual nursing procedures.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.

Preconditions are frased in the annotation of the course and in the curriculum of the studying programme.

Assessment methods and criteria
Combined examination

Exam: - self-study, - 80% attendance in exercises, - ongoing Moodle tests, - theoretical-practical examination.
