Course content
Lectures: 1) Personality and role of non-medical health workers, education in non-medical health fields 2) Research in non-medical medical fields 3) Evidence-based practice 4) Ethics in non-medical health care 5) Management and quality management in non-medical health care branches 6) Risk management, mistakes and sanctions in non-medical health fields 7) Multicultural and transcultural nursing 8) Conceptual models and theories in nursing 9) Humanistic and interpersonal models 10) System and energy field models

Learning outcomes
The content of the course is the historical development of nursing in the Czech Republic and abroad, multicultural dimensions of nursing care for individual needs of man, family and community, nursing theories, theoretical nursing models and their concepts, forms and methods of nursing care, management and management, risk management, developmental trends in nursing. The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge of the subject of nursing as a modern scientific discipline, to apply knowledge in medicine and nursing.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
Prerequisites
Preconditions are frased in the annotation of the course and in the curriculum of the studying programme.

Oral exam

Exam: - compliance with the test conditions, - oral exam.
