Project proposal - project title, method/procedure, sample, project time plan in steps, organizational and technical aspects, resources. 3. Selection of the research method and procedure. Elaboration of the research instrument. Formulation of hypotheses, operationalization, measurement and testing. Selected tests of verification the hypotheses. Sample setting. Practical training. 4. Focus groups - presentation and practical training. 5. Data processing, analysis and presentation. 6. Dissemination and use of research findings in the nursing practice.
