Course content
Lectures and seminars: DERMATHOVENEROLOGY 1) Dermis, clinical morphology. Current clinical state of dermis. Pathogenesis of dermathological disorders. Standard diagnostic examinations, procedures, tests. The principles of dermathological diseases treatment: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. 2) Dermathological diseases caused by outer influence: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients dermathological diseases. Eczema and dermatitides, medicine eczemas: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. 3) Dermathological parazitology- mycotic, bacterial and virus: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. 4) Benignal and malignant tumours of dermis: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. 5) Dermathological diseases caused by disorders of circulation: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. The diseases of sudoriferous glands, nails, hair, lips and mouth cavity: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients dermathological diseases. 6) Venerical diseases: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics, the choice of nursing intervention in patients with dermathological diseases. . OPHTHALMOLOGY 1) The anatomy of the eye. Pathogenesis of eye disorders. Standard diagnostic examinations, tests. The principles of eye diseases treatment. 2) Nursing anamnesis, diagnostics and the selection of nursing interventions in patients with eye diseases. 3) Diseases of the front segment and their examination.: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics and the selection of nursing interventions in patients with eye diseases. 4) Refraction disorders and their corrections by means of glasses. 5) Surgery: nursing anamnesis, diagnostics and the selection of nursing interventions in patients with eye diseases.

Learning outcomes
The subject introduces clinical states and disorders from the branch of dermathovenerology /affecting the skin, external sex organs/, ophthalmology /the sight organ, preventive care for sight, preventing development of serious sight disorders/, ORL /the hearing organ, upper breathing passages, preventive care for hearing, preventing development of serious hearing disorders/, stomatology /mouth cavity, denture and paradont, care for mouth cavity/. The content of the subject is focused on acquiring of basic information about topical problems in chosen branches in the extent necessary for future workers in nursing.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
Prerequisites
Preconditions are frased in the annotation of the course and in the curriculum of the studying programme.
