Learning outcomes
|
The course is designed as theoretical. It explains basic sociological terms, theory and research. It leads to a comprehensive and versatile view of phenomena and processes in society in relation to nursing. Students will learn the basic categories of sociology, sociological perspectives of health and illness and their analysis, methods and techniques of sociological research and the possibilities of their use in study and professional practice. They will gain knowledge about social relations in family and professional group.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
