Course content
Physical methods, quantities, system of units, vectors. Kinematics of point mass, coordinate system, trajectory, velocity, acceleration. Dynamics of point mass, force, laws of motion, momentum, equation of motion, Galilei's transformation. Dynamics of system of mass points. Conservation of momentum, torque, center of gravity, conservation of angular momentum. Rigid body mechanics, center of gravity, translational and rotational motion, moment of inertia, rotational work and power, rigid body balance. Solid body, deformation. Fluids, density, pressure, hydrostatics, Pascal's law, Archimedes' law, hydrodynamics, continuity equation, Bernoulli equation. Gravitational field, Newton's law, gravitation of Earth, work and potential energy in gravitational field. Free non-attenuated vibrations, vibration kinematics and dynamics, vibration energy, pendulum, vibration superposition. Free attenuated vibrations, forced vibrations, resonance.

Learning outcomes
The subject informs students about physical methods, physical values, international FPS, basics of vectorial analysis, kinematics and dynamics of a mass point, dynamics of mass points scale, mechanics of solid figure, liquids, field of attraction, corporeal and single pendulum, wave, molecular physics, thermodynamics and kinetic theory of gases.
Basic knowledge of physics.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of mathematics.

Combined examination

Credit - activity at practical training and passing of tests.
