Learning outcomes

The course teaches students to understand sports as a means of physical cultivation and a means of effective use of leisure time with a positive influence on lifestyle.
The student is able to understand exercise recreation as a means of physical cultivation and a means of effective use of free time with a positive influence on lifestyle.

Active participation in classes and interest in the issue.

Assessment methods and criteria
|

Active participation in classes, min. 80%. Elaboration, submission and presentation of the assigned project by the given date. The project must meet the specified criteria. Oral exam. In case of need and sudden situations (COVID-19, etc.), the exam can be conducted online. The decision is up to the teacher.
