Learning outcomes
|
The problematic of healthy way of living and rules of the first aid at theoretical, and mainly practical, level. To introduce an offer of physical activities in order to maintain condition, health, prevention of illnesses and socio - pathological phenomenon. To show the possibilities of introducing of exercising program within a daily life. To show and get the knowledge of the first aid rules. To introduce a law responsibility in providing and not providing the first aid.
Students learn about alternatives to physical activities for maintaining fitness and health. Students acquire professional skills to provide first aid.

Prerequisites
|
Graduation from high school. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Test
Active participation in exercises (at least 75 %), mastering theory and basic first aid techniques. A written test.
