Learning outcomes
|
The goal of the course is to present the characteristics and methods of reinforcing motive, respiratory and cardiovascular system and the use of respiratory and relaxing exercises. The muscular disharmony- the choice of stretching and relaxing exercises and bodybuilding. Pedagogical diagnosis - examination of aspects and motion.
Students acquire professional skills for teaching adapted physical education.

80% active participation in exercises, timely submission of the seminar work, passing the credit test at 75%. Exam: oral
