Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is the submission of theoretical and practical knowledge about the organization , function and basic parts of electrical equipment used in clinical practice. Students will learn about the basic functioning of the protective elements , such as fuses , circuit breakers , relays, breakers , etc. The main emphasis of the course will be placed on deepening knowledge of safety medical devices and technical equipment . The course will also take in legislation , technical regulations and technical standards concerning the operational safety of medical devices . Part of the course will also focus on the timing system , three-phase systems and connecting appliances . Students will also gain basic knowledge about the design of electrical and electronic medical devices and electromagnetic compatibility. Students are able to define the basic security features. Students can name and describe the rules of safety medical devices and technical equipment. Students are able to describe the distribution system.
Student get theoretical and practical skills on the field of work safety on electrical device in common enviroment and in medical enviroment too.
