Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing)

Learning outcomes
The course introduces basics of linear algebra, numerical methods for the solution of algebraic and differential equations and their systems, approximation and interpolation of functions, numerical methods for solution of nonlinear equations and searching for functions extremes.

Prerequisites
The course is a continuation of Mathematics 1 and 2, Probability and mathematical statistics from the bachelor program Biomedical engineering.
