Learning outcomes
|
The subject introduces the various types of biosignals, methods of measurement and analysis. Several types of steady and time evaluated biosignals (blood pressure monitoring, heart rate analysis and brain activity) will be studied. Also more complex 3D signals and their representation in the CT, MRI, Sono etc. will be described. Methods for monitoring and evaluation of the 3D signal at time will be presented. Students will be able to record various types of biosignals, correctly set and operate complex measurement and diagnosis systems and also reconstruct and analyze data from 2D and 3D images from CT, MRI and Sono.
Students will learn the ways of acquiring biosignals in diagnosis, especially complex signals of modern 3D scanning systems. Students will be able to analyze these signals.
