Learning outcomes
Urgent and intensive care medicine is rapidly evolving as are expectations placed on first responders and frontline clinicians. The emergency healthcare landscape requires future nurses and paramedics to possess sharp assessment skills and the ability to work cohesively under pressure. Developing advanced practical skills and interprofessional collaboration thus becomes vital. This program is specifically designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application in structured emergency scenarios. We focus on strengthening foundational competencies in evidence-based emergency procedures, interprofessional communication, and rapid triage assessment, ensuring participants are better prepared for real-world situations. This BIP offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on skills, strengthen clinical reasoning, and train teamwork in high?pressure emergency scenarios.
