Course content
|
Lectures and exercises will take place in the form of trips to specialist workplaces: - familiarization with measuring instruments, their parameters and operation - excursion to one of the near-surface repositories (Richard or Dukovany) - measurements at a selected location with a higher level of activity.

Learning outcomes
|
The course is intended for students whose future profession as radiological assistants involves participating in the resolution of exposure situations in workplaces with sources of ionizing radiation - after completing the course, students will be prepared to prepare, for example, a Radiation Protection Program for nuclear medicine workplaces, in which existing and planned exposure situations must be carefully considered, including dose monitoring, environmental impact, and radioactive waste disposal.
