Share biomedical techniques for their solution. 2) IRS, helping disciplines, ZOS, backup hospitals, emergency crews, discipline, commitment, equipment, safety 3) Improvisation in first aid in the field and especially in the area of the IV. World - video 4) Examples of recent times - GOLEM, traumaplán in hospitals, instrumentation, movement, time disposition; increase competencies. 5) Specific risks - especially hostage taking, problems with mentally disordered aggressors, emergency procedures, use of specific resources - psychotropics, tasers, touches and moves. 6) Claims for mental and physical fitness , protective equipment. Specific forms of commitment and rewards. PTSD and its prevention. 7) Technical facilities and arrangements for medicine mass events, mass disasters, the mega - sporting event in nature, natural disasters and environmental risks in the new world and us with examples: floods, inversion, heatwave, arctic winter, new infections. 8) CBRNE terrorism - the risks, lessons learned from past events, courses and rescue, training and cooperation. Exercises: 1) Preparedness of the IRS to eliminate the consequences of mass disasters and catastrophes - Inspection Equipment workplace emergency preparedness and EMS lecture on EMS LK readiness to intervene on contact with biological material - BIOTÝM activities, demonstration of work with biobags, working with breathing techniques. 2) Mass disasters and catastrophes - the liquidation of the consequences - a movie with commentary and training algorithm for triage by the START and JUMPSTART. 3) Preparedness of the IRS to eliminate the consequences of mass disasters and catastrophes - TCTV on excursions and KOPIS FRS LK lecture focused on operational management procedures liquidation of HN. 4) Preparedness of the IRS to eliminate the consequences of mass disasters and catastrophes - a visit to the base FRS exit with a demonstration of special equipment to that topic. 5) Mass disasters and catastrophes - crush injury, chrush syndrome, blast injuries - first aid training. 6) "Outdoor medicine" - first aid for lightning, accident while diving - decompression sickness, air embolism, and barotrauma, mountaineering - altitude sickness prevention. 7) Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, talk with movies . 8) " Wilderness Medicine I" - improvisation on the ground in first aid - training of selected acute treatment for non-standard conditions, with limited equipment, rescue training, fixing, transportation equipment, incl. Positioning - scenario, work on simulators - adults 9) " Wilderness Medicine II " - improvisation on the ground in first aid - training in the treatment of selected acute conditions in substandard conditions, with limited equipment, rescue training, fixing, transportation equipment, incl. Positioning - scenario, work on simulators - children 10) The air transport and its effect on humans - intervention techniques in difficult to reach and inaccessible terrain, long-haul flights and flights at high altitudes (including the effect of cosmic radiation), vibration, noise, sudden changes in motion, dysbarismus, the effect of increasing the volume of gas appliances and healthcare equipment, gas expansion in humans, transport trauma and its prevention, protection of the patient on the ground when landing helicopter, helicopter guidance savior and security on the ground when landing the helicopter. 11) LZS - visit VZ Air Rescue Service, demonstration of equipment and training of high-rise rescue operations using a helicopter. 12) Practice solving model situations - first aid on simulators.

Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the risks that activate IRS, with environmental hazards, with CBRNE, the basic specifics in first aid and targeted deployment of medical and biomedical engineers in the rescue - risks for health care providers and in helping fields - their prevention after the mental, physical, social, economic. The course is a theoretical introduction to the current and future disaster medicine, with medicine wilderness and outdoor nature with medicine mass events - "events medicine)" - that improvisation must have first aid and how to protect their own safety, which are the main requirements of Biomedical Technology at these events and crises and what equipment is necessary for that event. Students will be familiarized with our knowledge of a foreign type of emergency and crisis situations, both were handled in the first line in even more care, use of instrumentation, telediagnostiky a teletherapy - search, sensors, personal equipment, basic criminological and psychological evaluation. Students are able to define emergency plan. Students are able to describe the basic principles of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Students are able to sleep for a mass disaster preparedness of the IRS.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
