Lectures: 1) Basic law norms. 2) Basic human rights and freedoms. 3) Organs of state power and administration. 4) Labour law in general. 5) Labour law of health care workers. 6) Legal responsibility for damage at work. 7) The relation a patient - health care start, responsibility in health care. 8) Penalty-law responsibility. 8) Pension and health insurance. 10) Law aspects of health care. 11) Health norms. 12) Law status of health care workers.

Learning outcomes
|
The subject introduces the importance of rights and their functions in society, their applications to health care. It describes rights, competences of health care stuff, labour relation law.
Students obtain knowledge in given course in accordance with requirements and course programme.
