Course content
Lectures: 1) Introduction to medical technology. 2) Device as a medical device (legislation, classes, service, handling, documentation), metrology. 3) Performance of the profession of a medical non-medical worker, public contracts, technical standards, medical gases. 4) Infusion technique and consumables. 5) Anesthesiological devices and basic principles of ventilation. 6) Patient monitors and vital signs. 7) Sensing electrical signals from the body - ECG, EEG, EMG. 8) Effect of electric current on the body, electric current therapy. 9) Functional examination of the lungs. 10) Imaging methods.
