Course content
Both in the theoretical and experimental area the subject deals with basic properties of electric linear circuits, electrical measurement, principles of electromagnetic converters, properties of electric machines, elements and circuits of power electronics applied in electrical drives. The subject expects knowledge of electric and magnetic fields from physics course. Applications in the textile industry and technology are considered. Analog and digital signals and their processing and utilization. Logical circuits, programmagle circuits. Electrical measurement of the non-electric variables (optical scanners, humidistats, temperature gauges, surface strain indicators etc.)

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation, briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation, discussion, brainstorming), Demonstration, Project teaching
  • Class attendance - 84 hours per semester
