The aim of the course is to introduce students to the area of Anglophone Studies on the one hand, and to the study at the Faculty in general, making them aware of the necessity of their own active participation in the teaching process. Students will acquire strategies leading to the improvement of language competences and appropriate methods and techniques for managing and planning their own studies. The course program also emphasizes the development of critical reading skills, which will enable students to understand, analyze, reproduce and evaluate various types of texts.
