Learning outcomes
|
Lectures, seminars and field trips acquaint the students the with the issue of creation and protection of the landscape, the historical development of landscape and garden design, exterior and interior green; in short with compositional and technical principles of a comprehensive solution for outdoor landscaping (greenery, communications, facilities, engineering networks, etc.) with an emphasis on environmental protection, sustainable development, environmental perception and teamwork. General: The relationship between society and nature in the historical context - the impact of human activities on the environment - humans as influenced by landscape and natural conditions - the importance of greenery and living organisms - greenery and society - water and society. History: Garden styles, buildings, personalities (to the present) - reconstruction of parks and gardens - monument care. Design: Horticultural composition, composition, purpose, function, effect - the phenomenon of time and place.
