Students will learn about the classification of humans in the biological system, the basics of their anatomy and physiology. Emphasis is placed on the individual body systems, as well as ontogenetic and phylogenetic development.
Students will acquire knowledge about human anatomy and physiology, the functions of individual body systems, and learn to apply this knowledge in practice, such as in disease prevention.

Students will independently study information about the physiology of individual systems in order to be able to explain their function or dysfunction - i.e. selected most common diseases. Students deepen their knowledge of the skeletal and musculoskeletal system, respiratory and vascular system, digestive and excretory system, nervous and hormonal system and sensory system. Activity during the course, seminar work and written exam. The course is held in the Czech language and all requirements and support are in the Czech version.
