The students will prepare a report of each exercise. Students will independently study the methodology of preparation of permanent preparations and selected staining (botanical preparations - e.g. cut by stem, pine needle, cut by twig, preparation of permanent preparations of bacteria and yeasts - their staining and media in which the objects are poured).
