In this follow-up course, students develop their abilities to implement classical and activation methods in teaching science and biology.

Assessment methods and criteria
|
Oral exam, Practical demonstration of acquired skills
Students will learn the principles of classical and activating teaching methods. Students will develop skills to implement activating teaching methods such as discussion, staging and situational methods, heuristic methods and didactic games in teaching science and biology. Students will develop and reflect a lesson plan with a combination of classical and activation methods in teaching science and biology. Continuous evaluation of preparation and activity in the exercises, evaluation of written summaries of background information and case studies presented in the work in the exercises (credit). Oral examination focused on the presentation and defense of selected teaching problems.
