It introduces the basic legislative framework and possibilities for institutional nature conservation in the Czech Republic, the European Community, and in an international context. It focuses on both general and, above all, specific species and territorial protection in our country. It presents the process of setting up the management of specially protected species and areas, as well as economic and other nature conservation tools.
