Course content
The course content includes: 1. Understanding the key principles of molecular genetics and their application in environmental protection. 2. Gaining an overview of genetic engineering methods and their use in bioremediation of polluted environments. 3. Familiarising oneself with molecular techniques for monitoring and assessing environmental conditions. 4. Comprehending the importance of genetics in environmental conservation and endangered species. 5. Evaluating the ethical, legal, and societal aspects of using molecular genetics within an ecological context.
