Course content
The course presents the history of Czech literature after WW II in the viewpoint of the specific role of politics and ideology in that time Czechoslovakia. Due to the political pressure, Czech literature can be divided into an official, underground and exile output. Special attention is paid to the literature, drama and cinema in the sixties.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming), Self-study (text study, reading, problematic tasks, practical tasks, experiments, research, written assignments)
