The course New Tendencies of Fine Arts 1 combines lectures and guided tours of contemporary art exhibitions. The objective of the course is to name the relations in art of the 20th century with today's art on the specific examples of artists and tendencies, when it is necessary to describe the complex relationship between avant-garde and neoavantgarde and the present, traditional artistic media, new media of the digital age with higher levels of theoretical reflection. It is not only the relations of contemporary art to the previous, but also to the transformation the perception of the world which occurred in the last century, as reflection of current events. Therefore, in order to be able to understand the art, it is often necessary to refer to contemporary scientific and philosophical thinking. Topics overview: 1. Postminimalism I 2.
