        Escercises:  1. Studies of the details of the figure (hand, leg, ear, eye etc.). The examples of works by significant figural artists. Connection with teaching History of art and clothing culture. 2.-3. Studies of sitting figures (emphasis on proportions and moving of the figure). 4.-5. Studies of moving figures - scale (wash drawing, ink, soft pencil). 6.-8. Charcoal studies of life-size figure (sitting, lying model). Linear and shaded studies. 5. Studies of  standing figure (kontrapost, weight distribution of a standing model). 9. Studies of human skull and skeleton. 10.-11. Portrait - studies of human head, emphasis on expressing the volume, proportions, characteristics of the model. 12.-13. Figural compositions by living models (expressing the harmony between model and its surrounding). 14. Figural compositions from idea. Individualisation of creative expression.  Collective presentation of semestral works.
