The course aims to introduce to the history of the social and political thought from the Antiquity to the present time. It accentuates the relationship between the social and political thought and its particular historical and political background, inclunding the historical events of the relative time. The mainstreams of political and social thought are demonstrated on the examples of great personalities respective historical periods with regard to the plurality of the various grounds, approaches and theoretical attitudes.
