Course content
Measurement methods, mathematical and graphical measurement processing, measurement errors, conclusions. Frontal and individual measurement: material density, moment of inertia, Hooke's law, elasticity moduli, sound and ultrasound velocity, specific thermal capacity, basic electrical quantities (resistance, electromotoric voltage, internal resistance), resistance temperature dependency of various materials, electron velocity distribution, semiconductor component characteristics, focal length of thin and thick lenses, light wavelength.

  • Class attendance - 28 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Fundamental physical measurements methods of measurement. Preparation of experiment, derivation of results. Mechanical, thermodynamical, electrical and optical measurements.
Basic experimental methods in physics.

Student's performance analysis, Systematické pozorování studenta

Finishing of prescribed tasks, presentation of adequate number of reports, satisfactory results of running checks.
