Learning outcomes
|
Subject is conserning physical, human and local geographies focusing on regional differentiation and individuality (world´s regions). Rather than description it is preferred regional relations, processes, patterns and their existence and operation in the world´s regions. Students investigated in seminars with information about regional issues and evaluations and present their results.

Prerequisites
|
Knowledge in the range of lectures and for literature. Understanding the study of regions in the czech Republic and other countries; the use of statistical data, maps, satellite images - such as GoogleEarth, GIS. The importance of regional geography in public administration.

|
Written exam, Oral presentation of self-study
