Learning outcomes
The subject explains development of culture in the Czech countries from the early Middle Ages until the fifteenth century. A broader culture - including art styles - is set in the context of significant Czech and European history.
Students will be familiarized with the development of art and architecture in the Czech lands since the early Middle Ages to the end of Gothic.
Prerequisites
Fulfilment of previous study obligations, basic knowledge of history, culture and terminology.
