Learning activities and teaching methods
Monological explanation (lecture, presentation,briefing), Dialogue metods(conversation,discussion,brainstorming)
  • Class attendance - 42 hours per semester
  • Preparation for credit - 24 hours per semester
  • Home preparation for classes - 24 hours per semester
Learning outcomes
Subject deals with practical abilities - it means understanding and encompassment of contemporary museum practice and professional proceedings connected. The basic definitions will be explained as well as the special terminology and methodology.
Emphasis is placed on understanding and mastery of contemporary museum practice and related professional practice. Students will learn the basic concepts of the field, technical terminology and methodology.
Prerequisites
Compliance with the previous study obligations, link to the history museum, knowledge of Czech and Czechoslovak history.
