The subjects presents the development of the position of Germans in Bohemia from 1848 when the first confrontation of German and Czech requirements occurred as well as the first proposal for the administrative adjustments of the areas with German inhabitants. The subjects presents the development of the position of Germans in Bohemia from 1848 when the first confrontation of German and Czech requirements occurred as well as the first proposal for the administrative adjustments of the areas with German inhabitants. Changes in the position of Germans in Bohemia in the context of constitutional and political development of the monarchy and the attempts and proposals for the solution of controversial questions are traced.
Students will meet the development status of Germans in Bohemia since 1848, with the first confrontation of German and Czech, and the first draft of requirements for the administrative arrangements with the German settlement areas.
